Ambit Service Guarantee  For any reason should Ambit Energy disconnect a customer's service during the switching process, Ambit will pay the first month's bill, no questions asked. This guarantee applies to all customers in all applicable regions where Ambit provides retail energy service. Texas Guarantee Certified Green plans carry the Green-e Energy™ logo, which signifies certification by the nation’s leading independent program for recognizing companies that support renewable energy sales. New York Guarantee Ambit Energy offers electricity and natural gas service to customers in the Con Ed and National Grid service territories, and natural gas service to National Grid (formerly KeySpan) customers on Long Island. On electricity, natural gas and bundled accounts, Ambit customers save approximately 7% off the incumbent utility's estimated energy supply charge for the first two months and enjoy a competitive monthly rate thereafter. Just for switching, customers save an additional 1-2% in taxes on the delivery charges each and every month. Ambit Energy customers in New York are guaranteed annual savings of at least one percent under what the incumbent utility would have charged them for service or they will receive a check for the difference. Illinois Guarantee Ambit Energy offers a highly competitive variable monthly rate and guarantees overall annual savings of at least 1% below Nicor’s published rates or they will send you a check for the difference.

Everyone wants to feel safe and secure when they buy a product or signup for a service. Even in this cynical day and age where customers will undoubtedly expect some risk and fallibility with their service provider, they still want to feel that any slip-ups will be far outweighed by the confidence of not having to worry that they're getting a raw deal. As an Ambit Energy consultant, it is your job to instill this confidence. I like to say that I don't go to McDonald's for the happy meal toy, I go there because I genuinely like the food. And with Ambit, I believe we've got a great product that people should have. Like with anything new you'll have to some steep resistance on the road to acceptance.
